How does it sound to have a safety tool that includes:

With the knife edge facing you, there are two pieces of flat steel in the middle of the knife. One goes all the way from the top to the bottom of the handle and the other one on the right is bent towards the right. That bent piece is the liner lock. You use your right thumb to push the right piece (liner lock) towards the straight piece (i.e. push the right piece to the left) and at the same time you carefully close the knife blade (watch your thumb!). The same type of lock exists for the hook seat belt cutting blade on the back of the knife. You use your thumb to push in the piece of flat steel towards the center of the handle and close the hook blade. Check out our blade closing video by hitting the VIDEO tab above.

This is a great product with perfect features for Fire/EMS. Definitely worth it! Price was really reasonable too and shipped fast.

the knife is very well built fells nice and sturdy in the hand. i fell like i can trust it for work well when needed that's why this knife will stay in my car if ever needed

I love this tool! A friend ordered one for me, as I am a student going for a 2 year degree in EMS. I carry it with me EVERYWHERE I go. I never know when I will need it.
It is extremely user friendly. The blades, (straight and seat belt cutter), fold away for easy, SAFE storage. The straight and seat belt cutter also lock in place while in use. The light is very useful to enable the user to see what they're cutting.
It is easy to use with gloves on, I had to test that one. You have made a very dependable tool; one that is useable on every scale that I've worked with thus far.

I purchased one for each of my two vehicles. The T3 is well made with top quality materials. The flip-out partially serrated blade is sharp enough to shave my arm and the flip-out seat belt cutter is just as sharp and uniguely made to slice through any belt without danger of personel injury. The window breaker works flawlessly with ease.

I got 2 of these. One for me (I work in EMS) and one for my husband (he works on an oil rig). We both love this knife and use it a lot!

First, the concept as a whole is great! Things that I would suggest would be to improve the battery compartment by making the top out of rubber and creating a lip on the inside to mate it to so that it would have a better seal. This will enhance the life of the light. Next, if possible, it would be nice to reduce the overall handle size. This would make it more carry-friendly when not using the supplied sheath. Other that that, it is use friendly, great rubber grip, the window-punch & a spot for a lanyard were great design ideas!

That T3 triage tool is great. Works TOO good. I ended up putting my whole hand through a car window cause I thought the punch was going to give me at least a little resistance. Scared me AND the pt.
